Outstanding Hotel – Highly Recommended I had initial concerns about the location, but they were completely unfounded. The hotel is perfectly situated close to the town centre, making everything easily accessible. For skiing, the convenience is exceptional—there’s a bus stop right outside, and taking Route A or B gets you to the Penkenbahn lift in just a few minutes. A great bonus: this stop is the first pickup, so you’re always guaranteed a seat! The dining experience is excellent, with delicious food served in a beautiful dining room. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. The rooftop spa is a highlight, featuring multiple saunas, a steam room, and a jacuzzi—perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. The bedrooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. A huge thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. Our stay at Alpenhotel Kramerwirt was absolutely incredible. We initially came to Mayrhofen mainly for skiing, thinking the hotel would simply be a place to rest at night. However, it turned out to be the highlight of our entire trip - even more memorable than the skiing itself! 🏡 The Room We had a beautiful, spacious room with a fantastic view of the church and the central part of the town. Everything was designed with great taste, and the room felt cozy and welcoming. The bathroom was large and modern, the cleaning service was excellent, and there was even a comfortable seating area with a table where we could relax. The TV was great, and the soundproofing was perfect—we slept wonderfully. 🍽️ The Food – Absolutely Outstanding! The food at the hotel was nothing short of a fine dining experience. Every breakfast and dinner felt like eating at a Michelin-starred restaurant. Breakfast: A fantastic variety of options, fresh ingredients, and a perfect start to the day. Dinner: Every evening we were excited to see what the menu would bring, and each time we were completely blown away. The presentation, flavors, and attention to detail were simply outstanding. The restaurant service was fast, friendly, and highly professional - a perfect experience every time. 🤗 The People – Warm and Truly Caring The hospitality at this hotel was exceptional. Every staff member was warm, friendly, and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. We could sense that they genuinely cared about our comfort and enjoyment. 🚍 Location – Super Convenient The hotel’s location is perfect for skiers. Right outside the entrance, there is a bus stop that takes you to the lifts in just 5 minutes - super easy and convenient! 💆‍♂️ The SPA – Pure Relaxation One of the biggest highlights of our stay was the amazing SPA complex. The outdoor pool with breathtaking views was absolutely fantastic. The different types of saunas made every evening a relaxing experience after skiing. 💖 Final Thoughts This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at, and we definitely want to return! The combination of fantastic food, wonderful people, a beautiful room, a perfect location, and a top-class SPA made this an unforgettable experience. The hotel is great in the town center. The service was very nice, helpful and very, very friendly. The wellness area and a wellness pool saved a rainy day. We had a half board option and the food were excellent. The breakfast was very good too, such a pity we were in a hurry for a hike but the breakfast gave a good start of the day. The room we had was big but for summer it was warm and we had to sleep with an open window which resulted that I woke up in the middle of the night because the load noise from the street. Maybe the room was long time not in use because the water that came out of the shower and the BD was brown. 😳
