The hospitality is amazing, every staff member is sweet, kind and helpful. Cleaning staff keeps the rooms clean and will not disturb your privacy and belongings. The owner is very generous. The food is amazing, there are so many varieties for dinner and if you want to eat anything extra you can always take a look at their wonderful menu. There are many options for activities, you can take ski lessons if you are a beginner or advanced, you can rent skis for a fair price and travel around Saint Alpen via bus/shuttle. You should definitely visit at least once and get the beautiful experience.
Very good, very kind and helpful personal. The room were good cleaned, the dpa was amazing and the location, wow. But the prices for the drinks were a bit high. But all in all I would recommend it and the Kitchen would be great to optimise, not really big Sortiment on the breakfast but the lunch and dinner were ok, I would give the Kitchen 4/5.
Cheating customer, terrible hotel management and overpriced offer make my worst hotel experience in South Tirol. I strongly recommend that you need to think twice before you decide to stay at this hotel which cheats its customer!!! I booked a Junior Suite for 3 days stay over the new year eve 2022. When I arrived at the hotel, I was shocked. Instead of a Suite I got a small hotel room, the promised double sofa bed is replaced by a tiny sofa since the room is too small, the worst part is the bathroom, which is barely qualified for one star hotel. I went to the reception and asked for clarification. The lady from the reception checked the system and firmly replied to me no mistake is made. The room I got is exactly what I booked. I had to show her the confirmation email I received from the hotel. At the end, she has no choice but told me all rooms are sold out and she will talk to the hotel owner and give me a feedback. At the time when I checked out, nobody from the hotel has ever contacted me. I raised the question again, this time the hotel owner finally admits it’s probably a mistake and offered 110 EUR for a total cost of 2200 EUR for 3 days stay as compensation, probably in exchange that I will not put this story on the internet. As next step, I will file a complaint to the responsible authority in South Tirol, hopefully no more people become a victim like me. The bottom line is that cheating customer is always a very bad way to conduct business.
