My friends and I stayed here for a week for Snowbombing, everyone from the managers to the cleaners were just amazing, very friendly staff (especially Victoria) she was just amazing and very helpful with everything. Breakfast was plentiful and plenty of options, the view from the room was just brilliant. 5 stars through and through.

Imagine Faulty Towers, but in a good way. Lots of quirks, but hotel was very well located for access to the local ski areas (we drove every day, but the ski bus is also quite convenient), and the staff (Rainer & Tamara in particular) were very friendly and accommodating. Don't expect 5 (or even 4) star rooms or facilities, and you won't be disappointed.

The worst communication experience with staff in my life. To humiliate and reduce to tears on my birthday only in this place. For my birthday, I reserved a spot at this hotel and came here to celebrate this holiday in the mountains. The hotel staff initially offered us one room that actually matched the description on booking. However, after the owner snatched the keys from my hands, he suddenly switched our room to one that was dreadful. It was a real hole - old repairs, moldy smell, and a window with a view of the neighboring wall. Even in the hotel photos, you won't see anything like that. When we asked to return to our previous room, they even yelled at us. If you don't want to find yourself in terrible conditions for insane money, then I advise against staying there.
