Alpenland Gerlos Hotel & Breakfast

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. My wife and I couldn’t have been more happy with our stay. Simon, you’re the best! He was so friendly and helpful and really made us feel like we were the most important guests. The room was spectacular, clean, spacious, with a great view of the river. Great location in the middle of Gerlos with so much to do for our two kids. Simon even helped us get some ice cream for our kids after the other ice cream shops had closed. This is such a beautiful hotel, in an amazing location, made even better with Simon and the amazing staff. Not to mention the pool and Sauna areas are some of the best we have encountered on our travels. We came to Gerlos on a whim when our plans for Vienna were cancelled. It might have been our first time there, but it won’t be our last. If you have a chance visit this awesome hotel and location.

Stayed at Alpenland Gerlos as part of a family holiday in Austria. Hotel and staff were all amazing and a really welcoming face each day. Apartment was perfect for our family, very modern and lovely balcony view of Gerlos church. Swimming pool on site was a bonus for the kids and free cable cars up nearby mountains well used! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend location for other families

Just home from a wonderful week at this hidden gem of a B&B in the heart of Gerlos. The hotel has been recently renovated, and our room was absolutely immaculate with amazing attention to detail in the fixtures and fittings (the only thing that was missing was a kettle in the room). The pool and spa area was beautiful and our kids loved to swim after a day skiing. There was also the unexpected bonus of a small gym and table football area. The hotel is directly opposite the DorfBahn lift and the Intersport for ski hire is at the same location so the Alpenland is perfectly placed for getting out on the mountain. There are lots of great restaurants within a few hundred metres for evening meals, and there is a Spar supermarket downstairs for snacks. I can't recommend the Alpenland enough :-)
