From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty and charm of this hotel. Our apartment offered mesmerizing views of the surrounding landscape, adding an extra layer of beauty to our stay. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met and that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their warm hospitality made us feel like valued guests throughout our time at the hotel. The wellness and swimming pool area was absolutely fantastic. It offered a wide range of amenities that catered to all our needs. We indulged in relaxation and rejuvenation while enjoying the serene surroundings. Additionally, being able to participate in various activities through the LungauCard program, as a guest of the hotel, was a delightful bonus. We always have the best experience at Carpe Solem, we couldn't be more pleased. We have been here three times already and we have always had a luxurious, spacious and clean room. The staff of this resort deserves ten stars. They are always nice, accommodating and willing to help. They helped us when we needed to go to the hospital and were helpful even when our car broke down. Parking in the underground garage is a big advantage. We also enjoyed the wellness. We have already booked a stay for the summer.

When booking the biggest appartment - Jupiter - be aware that entrance is directly from the parking lot and parking space is just infront of your bedroom's and living room' window located on the ground floor. You do not receive any prior information about this fact, just pictures with nice view to the landmark. Be prepared that you will have to have curtains closed 24x7. On top of it, you can expect that once a week you have find dustbins just in front of the entrance to the apartment when you go home and it will be still there in the morning when you for skiing. As per the staff - they can't do anything with that... In fact, prohibit parking just in front of the apartment would made the trick - just it will generate less parking revenue for the property. Otherwise apartment was clean and at hight standard. Just remember to book apartments at high floor.
