AlpenParks Hotel & Apartment Orgler Kaprun

One of the best hotels in Kaprun First time I stayed in it and won't be the last, I'll come again Perfect receptionist, kind and friendly I arrived late night and they sent me through WhatsApp how to get room card and I did the checkin process in morning next day Rooms are cleane with view of Kaprun river Location in Perfect The restaurant just for breakfast and I had a delicious omelet and they has many options for breakfast

Good apartment. Warm and modern. Some noise from other guests but in general it was a great base and so easy to get to the ski centre and supermarket. Kitchen was missing a few basic things and our dishwasher was blocked but they came to fix it quickly. Surprised the towels aren’t changed mid week but we just asked for some more. Ski room / storage on site. Small sauna and a separate restaurant downstairs

The hotel is very bad in terms of cleanliness and the smell of the bathrooms is disgusting, There are two kinds of buildings over here and we booked the room with the mountain views we booked it last year it was very clean and we really comfortable, but this year they gave us the rooms in another building and its awful , I don’t like it at all if we compare it with the high price of rooms , i will never come back
