Top! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Our room looked like it had been renovated and we had beautiful mountain views from too. The food at the restaurant was delicious. We'll definitely return.
Great service, good quality food. Very nice spa. Rooms a bit rundown. Allows smoking in lobby and bar though - not good!! Kids clubs not too great. Child keeper mostly looked uninterested, often left children alone or let them watch television which is not what we understand as 'kids clubs'. Some of their activities like sledging were good though.
Stayed at this hotel for a single night transit. When checked in, the staff did no effort to give any information about the hotel, habits, area or room. We had to find the room ourselves. The hotel has a mix of different interior styles which do not match at all, both modern and old. The hallways feature carpet with an unpleasant smell. The rooms themselves were quite good. Everything you need, including minibar. For the dinner, we were guided to our place, but no furher information was given. As every hotel has a different dinner habit, we waited for the staff to explain. After 10 minutes, a waiter greeted us and asked us why the dinner form was not filled in. The staff gave the impression they do not like their job at all. Short and quick communication. The food quality was decent, but had a lot of fat. Beds were good and sleep was nice & quiet. Breakfast was also quite good. Guest card useful for the sommerrodelbahn.
