Amazing hotel just a few metres from the skiing tracks. Professional staff, delicious food (in particular, the buffets for breakfast and desserts). Magic atmosphere. They have a garage for skis and a heated support for the ski boots.

We had a workshop for 5 days in this hotel. We "almost" enjoyed our stay. The food and the rooms were good and the pool facilities were great. But the only part for which I wasn't happy was one certain waiter who was being very racist and rude to us (people of different ethnicities). He shouted at us in front of everyone just when we were about to sit in a different table. Also, one of our friends, when she kept the table napkin on her lap, the same waiter while collecting that napkin mocked her by asking if she is going to steal it. I hope this waiter, who looks a bit old with black-framed glasses gets a warning. Just because of him, the whole perception of the hotel changes. Rest all the hotel staff, including the waiters and the receptionists were very friendly and polite, and were very considerate. Hope this gets sorted. I'm attaching some pics of the lovely food and the jacuzzi with a stunning view! Thank you! Edit: The name of the waiter who behaved badly with us is Frank, as informed by my teammates.

Music playing here is so insanely loud. You can't have even minute of silence on Gamsgarten parking
