We had a wonderful stay in the spacious family room. Our biggest surprise is how family friendly the hotel is. There is an amazing pool (sauna, hot tub, steam room, etc) and huge indoor and outdoor playrooms. Area for little ones but also older kids. Most rooms and breakfast area overlooks the valley. The hotel is located next to the ski lifts. There are about 4 or 5 other hotels nearby. The hosts are very friendly and kind.
Hotel is in a great location 50m from the ski lift. Room and bathroom were clean. Maximilian was very accommodating and assisted the organizing a ski instructor for us. There's a ski equipment rental shop below the hotel which was very convenient. Breakfast was great but dinner could be better. Overall good stay.
The food was below average and certainly not hotel standard. Service was appalling considering the hotel has 4 stars. The Pizza Take Away Shop down the road serves higher quality food.....definitely can not recommend - no value for money!
