The staff went above and beyond when i had booked a room that didnt suit my needs . The Manager and front of house staff were extremely helpful and i was very grateful. The rooms were extremely clean, well thought out and the beds were very comfortable. Will definitely visit again 🤩
Beautiful clean room. Great location, we were within walking distance to where we were going. Staff were freindly and very helpful. Safe Parking was available for a small price, for peace of mind. Will definitely stay there again and highly recommend
The Alpha Mosaic Hotel is a special find and was perfect for a sisters' weekend getaway. It certainly is warm and welcoming as their promos promise. Big thanks to the delightful staff who are super helpful and knowledgeable. The bed was deliciously comfy and the room and bathroom spotless. Location is great - quiet but in close proximity to buzzing restaurants and access to public transport. Fantastic value for all types of guests. Definitely will be my go to on future Brisbane trips.
