Perfect service..perfect staff! Great rooms with individual design. Next to a simple! Great menus and buffet! Great breakfast! Very good equiped fitness center and spa! Parking place directly to the hotel! Full service hotel! Possibility to charge E- Cars

Overall we had a pleasant stay but it did not reached my expectations at all. On our arrival day it turns out that the hotel is overbooked. But I will add a more detailed complaint in the end of the review. To start with the bar. The Cola tasted like it has been open for days. The aperol was way to sting and not mixed properly. The music was not suitable for the bar itself and sometimes to loud. The music issue applies for the restaurant as well. Do you want to listen to the song “i got a hangover” while you are eating dinner with your family ? I feel like it’s not the right choice. The manager of the restaurant was not very welcoming in the very beginning and I wish that he would have been a bit more polite from the very beginning and not just in the end. On the other hand the waiter have been really friendly and welcoming. The one in the morning with the shot black hair was so nice and friendly. The staff at the reception was really young and I wish they would have had a bit more experience. Recommending a restaurant which was closed does not reach my expectations at all. The room. The bathroom didn’t had a lock. The pressure in the shower was really weak. The toilet did not had a vent and no window. The duvets have been really thin. The batteries of the remote where empty. The interior did not reach my expectations as well it looked like a budget renovation. Overbooking We arrived. And it turns out that the room that we have booked was not available. Therefore I needed to stay in a different hotel for a night which was paid by interstar. We did receive very limited compensation or the inconvenience. I wish they would have handelt it in a more professional way. But they did not. Overall we head a decent stay but don’t have high hopes.

One of the worst experience in my life! During the 3 days of our staying cutlery and dishes were constantly dirty, they never cleaned the floor as we had the same crumbs under the chairs for all 3 days. The food was questionable for a 4 stars hotel, at breakfast they ran out of cooked food every day and they never refilled juice dispensers. On top of that, at the check out they charged the “total amount” without presenting any invoice, when we checked the invoice soon later we found they charged two times some restaurant receipts and added other costs from other rooms for an amount of €100 extra. We called them immediately, but they said that all digital receipts and hard copies were deleted and waiters didn’t remember what happened the night before, so they cannot refund anything! Definitely an hotel to avoid! Eine der schlimmsten Erfahrungen in meinem Leben! Während der 3 Tage unseres Aufenthalts waren Besteck und Geschirr ständig schmutzig, sie haben den Boden nie gereinigt, da wir alle 3 Tage die gleichen Krümel unter den Stühlen hatten. Das Essen war für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel fraglich, beim Frühstück gingen ihnen jeden Tag die gekochten Speisen aus und sie füllten nie wieder Saftspender nach. Darüber hinaus berechneten sie beim Auschecken den „Gesamtbetrag“ ohne Vorlage einer Rechnung. Als wir die Rechnung bald später überprüften, stellten wir fest, dass sie einige Restaurantbelege zweimal berechneten und andere Kosten aus anderen Zimmern für einen Betrag von 100 € hinzufügten extra. Wir haben sie sofort angerufen, aber sie sagten, dass alle digitalen Belege und Ausdrucke gelöscht wurden und die Kellner sich nicht daran erinnern konnten, was in der Nacht zuvor passiert war, sodass sie nichts zurückerstatten können! Auf jeden Fall ein Hotel zu vermeiden!
