The owners Kurt and Kathrin were the most amazing and welcoming hosts. We were there for a week with family and friends for a ski holiday and loved the amazing staff, excellent meals and the wellness facilities. The outdoor Traktor après-ski’s bar was loads of fun after a day on the slopes. Highly recommend!
We were really surprised how great service was provided by this hotel. I would be happy to see more hotels with this kind of service and professional staff. Really amazing! We will definitely come back again.
Staff in general is not friendly, only a few are very nice, so it depends on who is on duty. Room is very nice, service also depends on the person, ranging from not even speaking disrespectful to very friend and the food is very good. The sauna’s and relax facilities are very nice. So based on the facilities I would return, but the unfriendly staff in general makes it very doubtful.
