We are currently enjoying a fantastic dinner at Alpin Hotel & Villas in Borovets, and we couldn't be more impressed! The atmosphere is cool and welcoming, with a cozy vibe that makes it the perfect place to unwind. The staff have been incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our meal. A special shoutout to our wonderful waitress, who, despite admitting she wasn’t experienced in making cocktails, took on the challenge with a smile. The result? Absolutely perfect cocktails! The food has also been nothing short of delicious. Highly recommend this place for a memorable dining experience in Borovets!

I booked a large table in the restaurant for a large stag do group. Good service was hard to come by in Borovets. The waiter at Alpin's went over and beyond to make sure we were happy, and it was appreciated. The food was pretty good too. Whilst the restaurant looks really cool with its old american saloon style.

The place it self looks amazing. Love the retro vibe but the custom service can work on how to talk to clients…I walked in they didn't even greet me, the waitress looked me up and down and didn’t give me a menu. After 5 minutes of waiting the bartender saw me waiting and gave me a menu. When i was ready to order no one even came had to wait another 5 minutes hoping a waitress is gonna come and take my order. A lady from the other table had to ask them to come and take her order. I asked the waiter to take my order as well and he said “ not right now i am busy “ in a very u polite way. To the employees reading this you need to learn manners, be more respectful and polite. Ruined my mood and my appetite. Wouldn’t come here again….
