Me and my sisters stayed there. It's a very peaceful and beautiful location. The stuff are very friendly, food is testy. If i have chance I will go there again.
We had booked a standard room for 40,000 AMD, but for that price the experience was really disappointing — the room was small, uncomfortable, and suffocating. The view was dreadful, and even the sink was clogged.
I wish to give this hotel 0 star. The worst hotel I ever been. Customer service 0.Restaurant and waiters awful. If you will order 2 things you will be lucky to receive 1 thing after 2 hours waiting.2nd one will never arrive. And no one will feel bad or say sorry about it. It's such of shame to charge a lot of money and provide most terrible service. Rooms didn't have phone to call front desk and the oldest furniture. Stay away from this place
