Alpine Hotel

Good hotel in Riccarton, stunning rooms with amazing room service in the mornings. No breakfast provided but we travelled into the city each morning. Comfortable nights sleep and relaxing showers after a long day. Our room had a kitchenette which was handy and a private balcony for some fresh air. We did have a small situation which was resolved by staff. Location is a tiny bit dodgy and run down. Overall great stay and fitted our needs at a reasonable cost.

I've stayed here twice. It was so quiet and had everything I needed for a comfortable, night or two work trip. Reception staff were super friendly and fast with check in. Rooms were clean and warm with a comfortable bed. Great value.

It clearly stated in room booklet that help with luggage is there..i asked man at receptionfor help..he simplyrefused.lift was broken and I am staying over a week...I had to carry all my luggage upstairs on my own after 6 hour drive...and the underground carpark is nothing but a pokie dungeon stinks of cigarettes But was welcome to a comfortable room One last thing I might add is im not staying for business or leisure..my partner is in burwood hospital after months of rehabilitation I'm staying here as it's closest to the Granada Centre which he is transferred to for me to support him. Very disappointed with services at front desk. Do better.
