They helped me with a free garage for my motorcycle, when I got back from Italy very late at night, the staff offered me a drink which was very nice of him, they let me check out late and got a good breakfast. Everything was what I hoped for. I will be back
Well located hotel close to the valley station of the UGA chairlift. Can be reached on foot in about 8 minutes, but there is also a free bus service. Skis and equipment can be left free of charge in a depot at the valley station and do not have to be carried back to the hotel. The building and rooms have only been partially renovated to a modern standard. For example, the new dining room is very cozy and has a great view. However, the lobby and wellness area are from a different era. Some of the rooms are also still of the old standard, so they are a bit plain and old-fashioned. The newly renovated rooms, on the other hand, are great. There is nothing wrong with breakfast and dinner, both the choice of food and the quality are fine. On some days everything was particularly tasty, depending on who is in charge of the kitchen and whether the chef is there. The service and the whole organization, on the other hand, is very good, but mostly chaotic and overwhelmed.
The location was very good..lots of hiking opportunities.. Rooms were quite small, eventhough we booked a family room. Food was of average quality. We had booked half board.. breakfast was ok, but dinner could have been made better. The staff were very good, friendly and helpful.
