Wonderful views, warm and cosy, friendly owners and good simple breakfast provided. Home environment and yet private. Downstairs room had an outside path which was not user friendly but entrance to room was via inside the house. An almost private lounge right outside our room was lovely to use. If booking and not good with stairs these rooms may not be the best for you. I slid down them and ended up with a back issue for some days after. Hosts sorted a very early breakfast for us on the day we did a tour to Milford Sound which was much appreciated.
