The location at the top of Gerlitzen is fantastic, offering stunning views of the valley. The view from the room is impressive, and the hotel features an outdoor infinity pool and relaxation area. Guests can enjoy ski-in and ski-out access, complete with a heated changing room and ski storage. There is also parking available in the garage, and a pleasant breakfast area. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel; it is definitely worth it!
Hardly an understanding for vegan food. It was a challenge to make them understand what vegan means. It took me a while to discuss with them that i can get a plain potato and a salad an in the end i paid a full meal plus a salad and on top weird looks from the side. When i was there as non vegan, everything was fine.
The rooms in the hotel are extremely dirty and full of dust under the bed and on top of the wardrobe, which is why we couldn't sleep during the night. The hotel charges hotel guests for water consumption, which is not included in the dinner price, which is completely absurd. Likewise, the hotel doesn't have an adapted menu for children. Avoid this hotel!
