Came here several years ago, unfortunately broke my leg on the first day but the staff were incredible and made the holiday much better than it could have been. 10/10 service

I spend there a week skiing and relaxing with my daughter, food was very good and much choice, meat, fish, vegetarian and vegan. Big buffet in the morning. Room was little dark but much space. Wellness in the basement with several sauna's ,schwimmingpool and fitness The price of half board is good for what you get. I be definitely back again for skiing at that hotel.

Our family have been staying at this hotel for 25 years, we have stayed in most rooms, the annex and recently when they purchased the adjacent hotel the Altepost. We have always booked half board and taken our meals in the main hotel without any issues. Last year, we booked again for this year as normal, when we arrived on the 15/01/23, our regular rooms were not ready. We were then informed that we would be taking our meals in the Altepost, not ideal and not very happy, as the hotel itself in only a 2 star and in need of a full refurbishment. Then, we were told that the normal 5 course evening meal was to be changed to a buffet style for the entire stay. When I tried to speak to the owners daughter the manager, she put her hand in my face and said, I'm not willing to discuss. She is an ignorant, rude spoilt brat who needs to learn manners, I then spoke to her father the owner who wasn't interested either. He rudely spoke to his wife in German who then ignored me and walked away, The apple obviously doesn't fall far from the tree. Other British guests had been placed in the Altepost and were not happy either. To rub salt in the wound German guests arrived to a welcome glass of Processo, we received Nothing !! We have given them more than £50,000 over the last 25 years, which obviously account for nothing. We therefore left and booked into another hotel. The whole family are ignorant, rude and don't know the word of customer services which account for nothing. Be very wary that you may think that your booking into the main hotel and then find yourself in the 2 star Hotel next door.
