Loved my stay here! The room was super clean and modern. The outdoor patio was perfect for lounging during the day or night. This hotel felt like an oasis from the busy pace of LA. Staff was kind and attentive throughout my stay. The gym is open 24 hours and equipment was clean and well kept. Neighborhood felt safe and convenient as it wasn’t far off from the freeway exit, with great restaurants and cafes nearby. There is overnight parking in their garage for $33/night, which was a bit pricey but there is street parking available. This will be my new go-to hotel the next time I’m in LA :)

We got to the hotel very early after a Long flight. Joshua at the front desks was so amazing and helped us with an early check in and gave us great breakfast suggestions. The hotel room was clean and modern making the stay comfortable and somewhere I would definitely stay again.

Our stay was extremely disappointing. Service was unprofessional from the start — we were told we’d been upgraded, only to have that revoked when my son appeared. Staff were inattentive and unhelpful throughout. At the pool, towels were unavailable, and a manager prioritized a non-guest over paying customers, even allowing her to ask us to move. Requests like a crib setup and access to the business center were mishandled or denied without explanation. There was also no clear way to leave feedback, which says a lot about how little guest experience is valued here. For the price we paid, the lack of hospitality and basic courtesy was unacceptable. I would not stay here again.
