The second year in a row our family comes to this wonderful hotel. We like everything. Luxurious rooms, excellent breakfasts, excellent service. We wish you further prosperity

The hotel claims to be 5 stars, but unfortunately it doesn't live up to it. 1. Room. We stayed in a chalet. The room is nice, big, beautiful, everything is there. Excellent bed, water in the room. Cons: empty minibar, 2 towels per guest, although in 4* there should be 4, terrible soundproofing. 2. Territory. Big, well-kept, green, no complaints. 3. Breakfasts. Very decent, varied, there is something to choose for both adults and children. 4. You have to pay for the spa, you have to pay everywhere. Not nice 5. Spa on the moralnik 3500 for 2 hours. The spa itself is a pool and a sauna. But we sat out our 2 hours, although it was boring)) 6. Lots of children's areas. The main play area is paid, but that's normal. The price of a nanny is 2000 rubles per hour. For me, it's too much Overall I liked it. I can recommend it and will come back again

Personnel decides EVERYTHING! A story about how one person can ruin the impression of an entire vacation! Let's start with the fact that a trip to Altai for us is no longer a vacation or a trip; we sometimes come to events (concerts, festivals) and on business. We decided to combine this trip with a concert (which was canceled at the last moment) and business. The first days everything was pleasant, nice chalets, attempts to organize animation and service, we won’t find fault, well done, they’re trying. Of course, we noticed the shortcomings, but we are not harmful guests, we try to see the advantages! You can turn a blind eye to a lot of things, such as long service in a restaurant, monotonous breakfasts, lack of dishes, etc., but you can’t turn a blind eye to rudeness! And most importantly, rudeness, which can lead to sad, possibly irreversible consequences. The story that ruined the whole vacation happened on August 3 at the Disco festival of the 90s, I’ll say right away that we are not fans of this music, but since the concert for which we were going was cancelled, we decided to attend this event. We booked a table in the restaurant, there were no seats on the terrace. The incident occurred on the porch of the hotel, while watching the performance of the artists. Four!!!! security guards were taking out a small woman of about 50, apparently having too much, twisting her arms🤷‍♀️ one of the guards tripped on the steps and pushed my husband in the back. The husband waved his hand while falling from the steps and hit him security guard. The security guard took this as aggression and very rudely began to sort things out, the cherry on the cake was the offer to go out to the fence, “You” with obscenities, “let’s go out” was heard at least three times, there was no clear talk about an apology for pushing a person (guest, lodger)! It is worth noting that this was the shift supervisor, a person whose main task should be to resolve all situations without the use of force, not to mention the rule “the guest is always right”! The last thing you can imagine hearing after paying about 80 tr for the evening (the room per day is 28 tr and the bill at the restaurant is about 50 tr): You, let's go out to the fence! 8 guards came running to this showdown, the worst thing is that they deliberately provoked a fight or beating! I strongly recommend that the management check the shift supervisor Roman for sanity and professional suitability; the man has obvious problems with the nervous system or perhaps he is on “substances.” Shaking hands and dilated pupils suggest certain thoughts. And most importantly, listen again, this is SECURITY, not rednecks from the area. It’s good that the husband was not drunk and knows how to assess situations, he was able to “resolve this situation.” Full immersion in the 90s! To say that the evening was ruined is to say nothing, such a blow to pride! An educated, adult, wealthy person must communicate for his own money with inadequate rednecks! But this is not the end of the story... the second part took place on the terrace. The concert was ending, a table was free on the terrace and we asked the waiter to seat us at this table to smoke a hookah; you cannot smoke hookah in the restaurant. All evening we went onto the terrace, no one said anything to us. But then Roman appeared. As it turned out, we needed a red bracelet to enter the terrace, well, OK, although no one told us about this the whole evening. The main thing was that they promised us a table and a hookah. But Roman has his own approach to guests! The phrase “sorry, but access to the terrace requires bracelets,” he preferred to grab your hand.. You, then MAT, there are too many of you on my shift today! Question, At what point did dear Roman decide that it was possible to address the guest using YOU??? And talk obscenities??? After which he suggested a few more times to take a walk to the fence! Apparently it was a quest, a dive into the 90s!!! If the administration is not surprised by this behavior of the security guards, then the guests of the restaurant sitting next to them were greatly surprised by this behavior, which they informed us about and offered to give these security guards a “f.. face”. We are going home, I am writing this review, I feel as if I have been doused with sewage, negative emotions are overwhelming. Nothing has changed behind the beautiful facade! I can hardly imagine a situation where 8 security guards will offer 2 guests to sort things out behind the fence, in Sberovsk Manzherok or Altai Resort. Never set foot in Pallas again. 🙅.
