Beautiful and large suite with expansive balcony. Comfortable beds. Practical kitchenette. Extremely nice and accommodating staff. The location isn't scenic, but it's very well placed near a 24-hour grocery store, a nice cafe and a bar, and bus stops with direct routes to Rome and to the Torvanaiaca beach for only 1.10€ to 1.30€ per person (buy tickets in the bar). Bus ride to Torvanaiaca is 11 minutes, to Rome is 30 minutes. We loved our stay and were sorry to leave!
Superb service and very kind staff. Stayed up until 2 am for our check in. Also, the apartment is perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids with automatic blinds. Breakfast was lovely as well.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PLACE. Most negligent, unprofessional, and rude staff ever. I book a suit 2 months ago and they confirmed my booking until 2 days before my travel. But due to some security issue, credit card transaction didn't go through, so they cancelled my booking WITHOUT INFORMING ME. They hung up on me when turned their WhatsApp number off after cancelling my booking and were extremely rude. As a solo female traveller, I am currently completely stranded in Rome and worried for my safety. I repeat, DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. I don't want this to happen to anyone else.
