Modern, tasteful minimalist renovation of 17th-century monastery. Large, calm, quiet courtyard. Good location near the massive Vienna city gate and the town’s main street.
This hotel is a max max max of 2 stars maybe , it’s dirty inside , damaged furniture, stains on the carpet, no AC , spider web and spiders on the ceiling , no drinks in the room (empty fridge) , in my opinion bad staff with weird working hours.. the front parking is only for specific customers…
The hotel has four 4-star, but they don’t accept check-in without reservation at night even though you take the price with no question. Then, why is it even a four-star hotel if it cannot provide a simple service? Also, reception does not have any tolerance to listen. If she gets paid for the night shift, she should learn to communicate better.
