Great hotel with a nice view. All personnel very courteous, professional and very friendly! It is a little far from downtown but the ocean view compensates. Close to the last Moai, a worthwhile 15 min walk for a fantastic sunset. The restaurant has excellent cuisine and a reasonably good wine selection.

The hotel has a lovely location, perfect for watching the sunset over the sea, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was a highlight, with a good selection of options, freshly cooked omelets, and an amazing tea selection. However, our experience was let down by a few issues. There were termites in the room, leaving a mess on the bedsheets each day. Despite raising this with staff, no action was taken and no room transfer was offered, which was disappointing. The rooms also lack air conditioning, and WiFi is only available in the reception area — at this price point, both amenities should really be standard, especially considering other hotels on the island offer them. Overall, while there are positives, improvements are needed to match the expectations for the price.

Beautiful hotel and bungalows on a fantastic island. For Island standard. Service is really trying its best, we love you. But hotel is maximum 3 stars (international standard), breakfast rather poor, and food and rooms overpriced even on Rapa Nui. No wifi / no internet. Don’t trust internet pictures. Location a bit outside; you need to be aware.
