Loved every minute of our stay. This is a beautiful hotel with amazing grounds, pools and beach. Hotel staff are friendly and caring. The food was very high quality and plentiful. Didn't know where to fit it all.
Its a nice place, service is good, down side is staff doesnt speak English in general. There is an animation team which is really good in what they do. They keep people entertained. Overall a good place for your family vacation
This is the 2nd time my wife and I have stayed at Altis Resort and Spa. The hotel is very nice. The grounds are kept clean and tidy.The staff are all professional and friendly. There is plenty of food choice at the hotel. The rooms are nice. A special mention to Mustafa and his staff who runs the Spa and Wellness Centre. My wife had a facial and massage and said how lovely and relaxing it was and the lady who did it was very professional and experienced. Mustafa was always happy to help and courteous and nothing was to much trouble for him. I would recommend this hotel and were very pleased with the service.
