Altstadt Hotel Passau

Staff were amazing! At check in they right away advised activities to do. Room was amazing. Spotless clean and spacious. Beautiful view from room over the river. Breakfast was plenty and super good quality (all you can eat buffet system). No car park (or limited) attached the building but there’s a big one nearby either electric chargers, too! Bed was really comfortable. I wish we could stay a few more night. Staff were absolutely fantastic. Friendly,happy, positive attitude and fluent with English. I highly recommended this place to people who wanted a few chilled out days in style. I’m sure we will visit back soon!

A true 4* hotel. The staff were all very friendly, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Great location. Excellent breakfast. Good size true 4* rooms.

I was a nice experience over all. Initially I thought it's really expensive. But being expensive is a common thing in German hotels. It was really clean. Bathroom was clean and well equipped. Bedroom was tidy too. This hotel rooms have everything you expect them to have. Never felt anything wrong about anything. As name indicate it's in the old city, not in the city center. But only 15 minutes walk to the city centre. Breakfast was really good. All kind of food was there. They also have seating in the outside looking to Donau river. It's beautiful and mind refreshing. The only negative I felt was, I really doubt whether they have enough parking space. Everything else was really good.
