Altstadthotel Am Pach

Cosy hotel in excellent location right in the heart of the Old Town. Rooms are reasonably sized and comfortable although furnishings are a little dated. Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful during our stay and were happy to go out of their way to accommodate the special wishes of our group of eight. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety including hot food. Good value for money. Recommended!

Wonderful hotel, perfectly situated in the center of Regensburg. Staff is very friendly, and an unexpected perk for someone coming by bike: the bikes could be safely stored inside the building. Only drawback was the noisy street under our bedroom window. The singing and shouting public kept me awake until way past midnight…

Top location in the heart of the city. Very friendly team (e.g. at one occasion I was running late and had to skip breakfast. The person at reception realized that and, at checkout, offered me a coffee for takeaway. Saved my morning!) The rooms are totally fine (a bit old school maybe, but that's part of the concept). They have a decent number of power sockets and the WiFi is working reliably. The breakfast is okay to good, depending on your preferences. It's not a hip place, but it's a lovely hotel with a special charme. My preferred option in town.
