Altstadthotel Weisses Kreuz

Highly recommend this quirky boutique hotel in a fantastic location in the heart of the old town. From the welcome drink to the final checkout, the staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing. Nothing is too much trouble, and every staff member is very clearly proud of the hotel. Have to mention the breakfast - by far the best hotel breakfast we have ever had - the buffet is so good we hardly ventured into the cooked items. The owner is clearly absolutely devoted to the business and is rightly proud of the locally sourced produce and in providing a breakfast full of fresh ingredients. I wish we could have also had this buffet for lunch - the range of salads and vegetables being far better than any local restaurant we found. In all, thank you to the team for a fantastic stay - we will absolutely be returning.

Very-very kind and attentive staff, amazing breakfast, wonderful design in the heart of Innsbruck. The room with patio is very cozy. A small thing but it means a lot to me: the shower cubicle actually had a door! Meaning we didn't have to clean puddles of water outside after showering (which usually happens with non closed showers/shower wall panels)

A truly welcoming hotel where the owner personally greets guests at breakfast. The breakfast is both beautiful and delicious. Despite the building’s historical charm, the space is stylish and spotless. The only downside was the shower — there was no door, so it was hard to stay warm and water splashed everywhere. Other than that, everything was perfect.
