It is one of the best hotels I have stayed in while in Istanbul. The manager and all the staff are courteous and professional. The property is very new and extremely clean, distinguished by its excellent architectural design. Everything in the hotel is outstanding, and the level of service and refinement from every staff member is exceptional.
The hotel is very clean and new. It has a very good breakfast. It is located in the Asian part and is close to the main street and the bus station.
A Wonderful Stay Experience! We had a wonderful stay at this new hotel, filled with beautiful details. The friendly and attentive staff made our stay as comfortable as possible. The reception team and valet staff, in particular, exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable. We were also delighted to be upgraded to our room type free of charge, as we were the hotel's 10th guests. The special treats sent to our room were an added surprise and thoughtful touch—we felt very special. We thank the entire team for the high-quality service, warm welcome, and hospitality. We will definitely be back and highly recommend!
