Our family stay here was exceptional! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, fulfilling every need with genuine care. They even surprised my wife with a birthday treat – truly unforgettable! The location is unbeatable: directly across from the beach, with public transport steps away for easy exploring. Rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for families. The personalized attention made us feel like royalty. Highly recommend this hotel to families visiting Mallorca – you won’t be disappointed!

Nice hotel, very close to the beach and airport. Good location, great food, entertainment staff always organizing great activities for kids and even for adults. Room service was good, every day they cleaned the room while we were out. Staff was very helpful and always very nice and polite. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

This hotel has major hygiene issues that should be investigated by the local health department. The cutlery and glasses looked like they hadn’t seen water, let alone soap. Our glasses had food residue, fingerprints, and even lipstick stains on them. We reported the dirty glasses and cutlery, and the staff did bring us replacements — but unfortunately, those were just as dirty. So we thought, fine, we’ll just drink straight from the bottles. But even that wasn’t possible, as some bottles had mold on them and were already expired. This wasn’t just a one-time occurrence. It happened every day.The coffee cups still had stains from previous guests. It was so disgusting that we ended up bringing our own cups to the buffet. The air conditioning in our room and same goes for everyone did not work at all. The temperature was constantly above 25°C (77°F), and it was impossible to sleep. We spoke to several staff members and asked for the issue to be resolved, but no one seemed to care. We were repeatedly told to speak to a manager, who was never available. In the end, we had to buy our own fans just to survive the heat in the room. We really wanted to leave a positive review, and we raised these issues multiple times, giving the hotel every chance to make things right. But unfortunately, they chose not to do anything — perhaps because they already had our money. I cannot recommend this hotel.
