AluaSoul Carolina Adults Only

Recently stayed here with my Mum and we loved it. Every member of staff was so friendly and always seemed happy to help. Rooms all had a fantastic view and were very clean and well thought out. Food was standard all inclusive food, always something available even for a fussy eater. Pool and spa were very clean and well kept, and there were more than enough sunbeds for all holidaymakers. Entertainment was also really good every night. Public transport to a market or bigger beach is very simple to get to. Only thing I will say is if you have mobility issues, this would not be a good location for you. My mum uses a walking stick and struggled with getting on to the beach next to the hotel, but other than that, a fantastic holiday!

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, it is a 2 hour transfer from the airport if your going with Jet 2 as this hotel is the last drop off. We had a fabulous time couldn't fault it, all the staff are great the cleaning staff keep this hotel spotless, a credit to the workers. Location is very quiet which is why we chose this hotel. The beach is lovely plenty of swimming and snorkeling in the lovely blue waters. Food was excellent, the meats we're a delight, the wine (red and Rosie) and everything you could want was on offer all inclusive. Regarding trips I would 100% do the boat trip with a sea swim stop which is the highlight. You can walk to Cala Ratjada but it is very hot at the marina and TBH not much to do there in the day, it's more of getting some exercise 50 min walk along the sea. The bus is cheap to get back, or you can pay 11 Euro via taxi. I would 100% go at night it's a great atmosphere loads of people walking on the coast path lot's of lovely restaurants and bars. The Spa in the hotel is lovely highly recommend this especially when it's too hot at 2pm ish, jacuzzi, steam and sauna. The SKY bar drinks are chargeable but it's on the 10th floor beautiful views for pre meal drinks 100% do this. Entertainment was good no complaints just the usual music shows. Only negatives are you can pay to reserve a few sun loungers and these are in the shaded spots which I don't agree with, 10 Euros for the day. Only about 10 are chargeable you won't have any problems getting a lounger this is a top hotel no need for going down at 6am to play the towel games, if you love the sun you don't need to worry. Would we go back for a third time? the answer is yes I have done most resorts All Inc in Majorca and this is my favorite one. Well done to the staff we might see you again next year (Peace)

Absolutely loved our stay at AluaSoul Carolina. From the moment we arrived, the front desk team made us feel so welcome - a special thank you to Ana and the entire reception staff for being so helpful, kind, and always smiling. The hotel offers non-stop daily activities that kept things exciting and fun throughout our stay. The quality and variety of food was excellent, with fresh options and something for every taste. It’s a beautiful place to relax, recharge, and have some fun - incredible value for money for everything that’s included. We had such a lovely time and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!
