AluaSoul Menorca Adults Only

I was a little concerned staying here after reading the bad reviews. I stayed with a group of friends and we were blown away with the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food and drink on offer. We stayed for 4 nights with all inclusive and was not disappointed. The top shelf spirits and bottled soft drinks included was excellent value for money. We loved our suite with our own plunge pool. The only negative we have was the 2 staff in the Dinky Bar. We stood waiting to be served for over 5 minutes on both nights and wasn't even acknowledged so we left. The resort is on the quiet side of the island so we had to get a taxi to other places if we went out but this has not put us off for coming back. You can also use the facilities/entertainment at the other Aluasoul hotel at the top of the hill but we was not informed about this and found out on our last day. We had a lovely stay and will return!

Enjoyed every minute of our recent holiday. All the staff were amazing, very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Jesus and Carmen were very attentive and looked after us very well, as did all the staff in the restaurant. There was a great choice of food. The accommodation we had was a garden suite. Spotlessly clean and had everything you could need, robes, slippers and a lovely plunge pool. Alexa, was amazing. She was always very cheerful and worked tirelessly organising lots of fun activities and evening entertainment. Wish we were booked in for a further week.

Gorgeous hotel. Had a junior suite with a plunge pool which was divine. The room confused us with a hob in the kitchen area but no cutlery or pans to make use of it so not sure why it was there! But other than that the hotel was clean, the pools gorgeous and the spa almost empty and again kept very clean. Would definitely return
