AluaSoul Orotava Valley Adults Only

We stayed at AluaSoul Orotava Valley for 5 days and had a wonderful time overall. The hotel offers an excellent all-inclusive package with delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day. We especially enjoyed relaxing at the bar and taking in the beautiful atmosphere. Everything was great — the staff, the food, the service — but one small issue was that the TV in the bedroom was not a smart TV, so we couldn't watch YouTube or stream any content. If the room had a smart TV, it would have made the stay even better. Still, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday!

The hotels a lovely hotel, it does look a bit tiered in places but well looked after, the food and drink is good. The staff are helpful, Javier (the bar man) is just awesome he makes the evening a pleasure, his so kind and happy, golden. The entertainments, not great, the Brazilian dancers were a bit strange, the white night singer didn't know the lyrics!! The entertainment was the only real negative, the rest all good but make sure your fit, the hotel is on top of a big steep hill, but 20 minuets from a nice town, not busy, good restaurants. Lovely relaxing holiday.

My wife and I spent a 4 night holiday here in early July 2025. Overall it has been a fantastic trip. The hotel is very nice, small without being cramped or crowded. The common spaces are plenty big enough to accommodate the number of guests in the resort without feeling too busy. The pool is small but perfectly formed and the overall vibe is pretty quiet, calm and relaxed which you would expect from an adults only resort. The hotel runs along the hillside, and has spectacular views as a result. From our balcony we could see the sea along with some views of the mountains behind the hotel. You are overlooking a number of other hotels in the area that are lower down the hillside. You do often hear louder music from other hotels nearby, along with entertainment reps talking on microphones from the other hotels also, especially in the evening, so be aware if you are hoping for an early night. If you want to walk down into town, be prepared for a steep climb back up!
