What a fantastic hotel very clean and comfortable. We upgraded from B&B to all inclusive for only 10 euros per person per day !!!! I know unbelievable this includes some premium spirits like Bacardi . The selection of food on offer in the restaurant was vast and suited all dietary needs. The bar staff were amazing especially Ingrid & Javier who made our stay extra special. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be returning.
A lovely hotel located with mar menor on one side & the beautiful Mediterranean beach on the other. Staff were very helpful & friendly at check-in and during my stay. My room was on the top floor so quite high for someone who is not good with heights I was concerned but was not an issue at all. I would like to return out of season to retry as my stay was in July where it was very busy with lots of families with small children and the terrace/pool area is very small so I was unable to use the pool area at all during my stay. Thankfully very close to an amazing beach so my time was well spent.
⭐☆☆☆☆ Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in — avoid. I don’t know how this place is rated 4 stars. The location on La Manga is the only positive, with water on both sides — but everything else was a letdown. The surrounding area is rundown, with a single awful restaurant and boarded-up shops covered in graffiti. The hotel itself is extremely dated. The rooms haven’t seen an update in decades and definitely aren’t 4-star quality — in the UK, they wouldn’t even pass for 3 stars. The all-inclusive setup is shocking. You have to use tokens just to get a tiny plastic cup, drinks are watered down, and there’s only one bar open for hundreds (if not thousands) of guests. You can’t get doubles, and self-serve stations are mostly closed. Getting a round in means risking losing your table. The buffet was awful — easily the worst I’ve experienced. Repetitive, limited, and sometimes just bizarre (pigs’ trotters as a main option?). I skipped multiple meals because the food was so bad. The pool is far too small for the number of guests, entertainment was repetitive, and parking is €20 per night — ridiculous. The only highlight was Daniel at reception — friendly, helpful, and a real credit to the hotel. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It needs serious investment and a complete rethink.
