Lovely hotel in perfect location for beach, town and trains.beach is 2 minute walk. Rooms are spacious, clean and well serviced, lovely food in restaurant with plenty of choice, breakfast is what you would expect. Pool areas clean however you need to be early as although there are signs asking not to reserve beds this is largely ignored- will definitely be back

The hotel was very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. We opted for the half board and the food variety was extensive, with a good rotation of different dishes. The room would be cleaned every day. The hotel has two small swimming pools, one on the ground floor and one on the rooftop where the 'sky bar' is. They had an event every night and the local area as well is filled with different bars and restaurants. The hotel is literally within 200 feet of the beach. Would recommend.

We arrived around 1am to be told there had been a booking error and we would have to change hotels for the night. We weren’t offered any food or drink however arrived the same time as another family and after they checked in they were offered food which they took up to their room. After waiting around 25 minutes for a taxi, which the hotel paid for, we got to the other hotel around 2am. We could have chosen to stay at the other hotel but found it was a bit further out the way than we would have liked. So the next day we arrived back at the original hotel but couldn’t get a refund for the taxi back as we forgot to get a receipt. We were greeted by Petra who apologised for what happened and gave us a room upgrade. Apart from this situation, the hotel is in a great location and rooms were cleaned daily. Fresh bottles of water in our room every day which was good. The double bed was very comfy! Food was okay with various choices but we did eat out most of the time due to preferences. There could have been more sun-beds by the downstairs pool. The pool also had dirt/grit on some parts of the floor. I can’t comment on the roof top pool as it always seemed busy so didn’t have the chance to go to that pool. Overall I’d give this hotel 4 stars as staff were friendly and location is really good with a back gate to access the shops and beach 😊
