I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional – every member of staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The entire hotel was spotless and felt fresh and well-maintained throughout my stay. The location is fantastic – right in a great area that’s easily accessible to all the main attractions and places you’d want to visit, which made exploring so convenient. Our room had a beautiful view from both the room and balcony, which made the stay even more special. Breakfast was a real highlight – the variety, quality, and presentation were outstanding. The staff at breakfast were so attentive and friendly, especially Khurram, who went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed and made the experience even more enjoyable. The pool was also excellent – clean, relaxing, and a perfect place to unwind after a day out. Overall, this is truly a 5-star experience – excellent service, immaculate cleanliness, a perfect location, stunning views, and a breakfast worth waking up for. Highly recommended!

Everything is flawless from support at Reception with Aya and her colleagues, to the open friendly welcoming from Simon and his team at the concierge desk. Thank you for making us feel valued and appreciated every time we interacted with any of you. The entire hotel was spotless and well maintained and no request was too hard to accommodate. Perfect location to the Souq Wagif, Metro, Mall and supermarket. Even a stunningly beautiful pool area. Definite first choice when we return. Thank you everyone!!
