The hotel location ofcourse is perfect, almost on İstiklal street. They also have elevator, which is rare in this area. Rooms are wider than most of similar hotels. Heating is very good. Only two defects were one missing closet handle and no hot water comes out from washing basin.
Service was very poor. Mostly when you needed the person in charge they were not available. We were given 4th floor rooms and the lift went out of service the day before our check out. They said they would help with luggage but they were not available till we brought all the luggage down ourselves. Hot water was only available occasionally.
It was one of the worst 3-star hotels I’ve ever stayed at. There was no hairdryer or toilet paper in the room. There was no remote control for the air conditioner, and the room was extremely hot. The cleanliness of the room was also very poor.
