The rooms were really cold, I was with three children. Very rude reception. Told had to pay for electricity and water according to meter reading. No reception in the building. Water took forever to heat up for showering. Deceptive advert. More of an hostel with low maintenance. Would not recommend 😡😱

Super insane accommodation. School is not bad but flat system is insane. The best mistake I made in Malta is booking accommodation from this school. I paid for cleaning service but cleaners supervise us to make a fine all the time. Price is expensive and water and electricity fee is crazy. We always paid almost 400€ per a month. I even can’t believe that it’s real price because I’ve never get real bills from power plant. I just can get bills from school. When I arrived Malta, I wanted to cancel accommodation from school because there were a lot of crazy rules. But they said I couldn’t refund anymore I already paid for 3months. So I couldn’t change my accommodation but I really regret about it. Please don’t stay this flat. I’ll fight with them but they always said same things. “It’s rules.” Rule is ridiculous and doesn’t make sense at all. I hope there is no victims anymore.

The cleaner was very rude, very unwelcoming. Reading meter (Water and Electricity) immediately we got down from the bus. We couldn't bath as water wasn't hot after more that one hour. We had to be using our roamed phone for calls to the reception as they are very far from the apartments. Wifi not working. My family moved out after one night. We checked into Bayview which is much better, with helpful, lovely staff and cheaper. AM apartments is a rip-off.
