Am Palace

AM Palace located in Ulcinj, Montenegro 🇲🇪 is a beautiful and quiet place for relaxing. The staff were all welcoming, respectful, and lovely. The swimming pool in the bedroom is second to none, and there's also another on the top roof with swimming beds to relax afterwards. The food is lovely and tasty too. Would definitely recommend 👌.

The owner is a tasteless, arrogant, and condescending person who refused to help us find our dog, even though it was their cleaning lady who let him out of our room while we were at the pool. No one informed us, and everyone acted like nothing had happened. He refused to give us a refund and was aggressive. I do not recommend staying at this “hotel” — it’s not a real hotel, just a group of strange people with no gratitude for tourists who travel all the way to their remote place. They endangered our dog even though they claim to be a dog-friendly hotel. Strongly not recommended!!!!

ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES IN MY LIFE!!!!! The hotel lies and misleads guests. We were supposed to have buffet meals, but there was nothing like that, even though we paid for it. The owner refuses to fix the mistake, is rude and arrogant. If you don’t want your vacation ruined, I do not recommend this place. The reception feels like a cemetery — there’s never anyone there and they’re not willing to help with anything. Misleading information seems to be standard here.
