Amada Colossos Resort

We stayed for a week in this beautiful resort in Rhodes and had an amazing experience. The place is stunning, and we were lucky to have a sea view room — it was spacious, clean, and waking up to that view every morning was a real treat. The entire resort was spotless, and the pool was impressively large — perfect for relaxing or swimming. One thing that really stood out was the excellent organization. Even though the resort was quite full, we almost never had to wait in line or queue for food or other services. Everything ran smoothly, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff deserves a special mention — there were so many of them, and every single person we interacted with was kind, helpful, and professional. Their warm attitude really made us feel welcome. We definitely plan to come back. Highly recommended!

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Rhodes. The location is truly excellent, striking a perfect balance between accessibility and scenic beauty. Getting to and from the airport was a breeze, taking only about 20 minutes, which is a huge plus after a long flight. Even better, the vibrant Rhodes Town is just a quick 15-minute drive away, making it incredibly convenient to explore its historical sites, shops, and restaurants. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the magnificent views from the room. Waking up to such breathtaking scenery each morning was a real treat. Beyond the views, the food at the hotel was superb. There was a wonderful variety, and every meal was delicious. This hotel is an excellent choice for families with children, offering amenities and an atmosphere that caters well to their needs. However, I want to emphasize that it's also absolutely perfect for those without children – my experience was wonderful, and I enjoyed the peaceful and relaxing environment. Rhodes itself is an incredibly beautiful island, with so much to see and do. This hotel served as the perfect base for exploring its wonders. I genuinely look forward to returning to this hotel again someday.

We were a family of five staying at the hotel, and unfortunately we experienced several issues during our vacation: 1. Noise in the Room – There was an open drainage vent in the bathroom, and we constantly heard the sound of running water coming from it. This made it very difficult to sleep. 2. Elevator Out of Service – The elevator was out of order for four out of our seven days at the hotel. With such a large number of guests, it was extremely inconvenient and challenging to go up and down between floors. 3. Restaurant – The food in the Enalia restaurant was often served cold. 4. Entertainment Team – The entertainment program was very weak, and the shows were quite boring. 5. Water Slides – Not all the slides were open at the same time, which was very frustrating for the children. 6. Air Conditioning – It was extremely hot during our stay, and at one point the air conditioning in both the dining area and the lobby stopped working. This is not acceptable for a 5-star hotel, especially given the price we paid. 7. Room Arrangements – We booked two rooms and paid for the children at the adult rate, but in the room with three beds, one of the beds was completely unsuitable for an adult. We hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues to improve the guest experience.
