A great hotel with good service, polite and helpful personnel, tasty breakfasts and nice rooms with gorgeous view to the mountains. There are two-level family rooms with kitchen and additional sofa bed upstairs. Kids really enjoy it. On top of this, there's a working mechanical vinyl automaton in the lobby that can play retro music! Just ask a receptionist to turn it on. It's a little bit far away from the city center but there's good bus connections (about 20 minutes by bus to Rathaus)

We have stayed in a quite spacy room there was extra bed for our kid. I stay in hotels over 50 days per year, so i can claim this is a big room. Room is clean and having good heating in these cold winter days. Personnel has been so kind and helpful. Parking is free. Hotel is close to center , 10min uber ride costs 12Eur. Breakfast was full of fresh items and satisfactory. Anyone interested , it is also very close to a shopping mall

The hotel looks oldish from outside, however, the rooms are quite new and clean. Looks like they’re doing some upgrades in the hotel. The booking website doesn’t say about it but there’s a loud noise from the windows in the morning. However, if you’re not staying in the hotel during the day, it’s not an issue. What I dont like is their automatic light system. So once you walk into the toilet, the lights go on in the toilet and next to it. Then it’s too bright in the whole room because there’s a quite transparent window looking from the bathroom to the room. It’s very inconvenient if you stay there not alone. I asked them how to switch it off but no luck… Also when we stayed, AC didn’t seem to work in the room. It’s wasn’t too hot outside so we didn’t care. Would be nice to have a kettle and some tea, and water in the room as well.
