Really nice personnel and really clean rooms
Owner uses different methods to rip off customers who book early. See also other reviews. In our case, we paid the full amount in advance in time to prevent the owner from cancelling as happened to others. Nevertheless, it did not stop the owner from telling us a nonsense story upon arrival at the hotel that he had been hacked by booking.com and therefore had no place for us. At least, unless we paid an extra(!) 2500,- for 5 nights.. There we were in Serfaus with 2 small children.. Literally in the cold! An owner without morals… Local police were informed.
Be smart and look for another place to stay. The landlord cancelled our confirmed booking just 2 weeks in advance to rent it to others, never asked for a prepayment and then blamed us we didn’t pay in advance. Never experienced this before. The landlord was arrogant over the phone, heard that we aren’t the only ones in this situation. Can’t give 0 stars unfortunately.
