Amazing stay, the Animation Team (Reps) were all absolutely fantastic (especially Katy). Very polite and helpful staff. Clean rooms with nice balconies. Easy and great access to local amenities. Food good. All inclusive drinks great. I honestly can’t thank Katy and the crew enough for entertaining my daughter all week, they even managed to get me dancing. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Good hotel for a family of 4. The staff are lovely, especially the animation team. They were so amazing with my children. The pool Was great, the slides were perfect for my kids. My only con is the food, it is a bit repetitive but apart from that, I can’t really fault it. The entertainment was great and my kids enjoyed it all.

We stayed for a week with our two children on an all-inclusive family package. Overall, it was a positive experience. 🔹 Pros: • Clean and comfortable rooms • Great location • Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming • Special thanks to the restaurant manager who was always present, attentive, and professional 🔹 Areas for improvement: • The buffet was decent, but the Moroccan and Italian cuisine could be improved for more authenticity and flavor • One barbecue station is not enough to serve all guests during busy mealtimes • The animation team seemed to focus more on foreign guests and less on local families • The staff managing the beach sunbed area were not very friendly, unlike the rest of the team Overall, a pleasant stay with some aspects that could be improved to enhance the guest experience.
