We had a wonderful experience at the hotel! From the moment we arrived, we received a warm and excellent welcome, along with a refreshing welcome drink. When we entered our room, it was beautifully decorated—we absolutely loved it. The entire place was very clean and well-organized. The food was incredibly delicious. Special thanks to Mr. Praveen, who was very friendly and always checked in to see if we needed anything. His support made our stay even better. We will definitely come again. Highly recommended!

My partner and I chose Amagi Aria Hotel, Negombo for our honeymoon, and we’re so glad we did! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional and prompt service that made us feel truly special. The room was beautifully decorated, setting a romantic and welcoming tone for our stay. The staff clearly put thought and care into making our honeymoon memorable. The food was fantastic, especially for seafood lovers – there was a wide variety to choose from. One of the highlights was the evening romantic dinner by the lagoon. The peaceful view and warm sea breeze created the perfect atmosphere for an intimate and relaxing evening. We had a very nice time and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend this place for couples looking for a quiet, romantic getaway with great food and top-notch service!

We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, it turned out to be quite disappointing. The biggest issue was the loud music – not just during the day, but even at night when we were trying to sleep. The bass was so strong that the whole building was shaking. Getting proper rest was nearly impossible. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. At first, I thought I had just slept in a bad position, but my wife had the same back pain. Clearly, the bed was of poor quality. The bathroom also had issues – the water wouldn’t drain properly while showering. We constantly had to stop the water, wait for it to go down, and then continue. Very inconvenient. When we arrived, the room was still being cleaned and it smelled really bad – a mix of strong cleaning chemicals and something like a drain odor. One power socket near the bed didn’t work, and the other one wasn’t compatible with European plugs – even though other outlets in the room were. This was very frustrating. We did have a terrace, but it was directly across from the pool, which meant no privacy at all. All the guests walked past and you could hear everything going on by the pool, from early morning until late at night. Most guests seemed to be locals or groups from India, and there were hardly any international tourists. The overall vibe felt more like a crowded resort than a relaxing getaway. Conclusion: We cannot recommend this hotel. If you’re looking for peace, comfort, and a good night’s sleep, this is not the place. Don’t make the same mistake we did.
