I advise you to find out in advance whether your vacation dates coincide with the check-in of a children's camp at the hotel. My grandson and I came to the sanatorium for rest and treatment. And in the second week we got a gift - 150 athletes arrived, the canteen was jam-packed, the time convenient for us was occupied by these athletes, the pool was also occupied during our usual time intervals. The children - athletes are energetic, noisy, sweeping everything in their path, some basketball player immediately gave my grandson a bruise on his cheek from excess energy. How can a sanatorium for family vacations be turned into an athletes' camp without any prior notice?! The rudeness of the management of this sanatorium is outrageous. We have to leave early with a ruined vacation from here, we will never come here again and will tell our entire circle of friends about the delights of this sanatorium.
