Amala Grand Bleu Resort Hilltops SHA

We had the most amazing 4-day stay at Amala Grand Bleu Resort with my wife and kids — truly an unforgettable experience! The rooms were absolutely fantastic — spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Having a private pool with our room was just the cherry on top! It made our family vacation even more relaxing and fun, especially for the kids. The location of the resort is perfect — peaceful, quiet, and away from the noise, yet still conveniently close to the main attractions. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming throughout our stay. A special mention to the manager, Si, who was incredibly polite, professional, and always ready to help. One moment that really touched us was when our child misplaced the room torch while playing. We were worried about it, but the staff reassured us kindly and told us there was no need to worry or pay for it. That level of hospitality is rare and speaks volumes about how they treat their guests. I highly recommend Amala Grand Bleu Resort to anyone visiting Phuket — whether you're with family, friends, or on a romantic getaway. It's a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and genuine Thai hospitality. We can’t wait to come back!

Amala deserves better reviews. Staff is very warm, friendly and helpful. Food is fantastic (highly recommend the butter chicken pizza 😋). The price you pay for your own private pool compared to other hotels on the island is a bargain. View & vibe are beautiful. Floors and pool were clean when we arrived. Makes me sad that we’re leaving but 10/10 recommend. There is also a shuttle that leaves twice per day for Kamala and Patong beaches. After visiting 45 countries this might be the best place we’ve stayed. If you’re taking a bike be careful because the hill to the entrance is very steep and curvy so watch out for other cars. I wish I would have remembered the names of the staff but the women at reception and man at breakfast were incredible. Jesus bless 🙏

By far the best hotel I have ever visited for relaxation. The pool view and pool breakfast are stunning, words aren’t enough. Room was very clean,spacious, and comfortable. Staff were very helpful, friendly, and room service very efficient. Definitely 10/10 , location is on mountain, so definitely a place to just relax and refresh.
