We stayed at Amalia Boutique Hotel and had the most incredible experience — warm, welcoming, and unforgettable. The staff made us feel right at home, greeting us with kindness and helping with everything from our suitcases to settling in as a large group. Dinner that night was truly a highlight: the restaurant is beautifully set with rustic stone walls, twinkling lights, and an authentic charm that made the whole evening feel magical. They introduced our Canadian family to delicious Albanian dishes — every bite was incredible, and the service was just as impressive. Attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely kind, the team made sure we were more than taken care of. Clean, cozy, and full of heart — Amalia Boutique Hotel is a gem in Berat. Highly recommend!

During our visit to Berat, we had the absolute pleasure of dining at Amalia Homemade Food Restaurant, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with warmth and a cozy ambiance that immediately made us feel at home. The food was simply outstanding. Every dish was made with love, showcasing the rich, authentic flavors of Albanian cuisine. The ingredients were fresh, and you could taste the care and attention in every bite. The service was exceptional as well. The staff was friendly and attentive. It was clear they take great pride in their food and the dining experience they provide. The location is good however the rooms are absolutely not recommended. No separate bathrooms , Very noisy because of the kitchen and the restaurant downstairs. We couldn’t sleep because of the kitchen’s disturbance from 5:00 a.m and went on until 12:30 at night. The staff did not pay attention at all. The rooms smelled like food from the kitchen.
