The location is fantastic, with the unique feature of possible direct arrival by boat, adding to the exclusivity and charm. The hotel's elegance and top-notch service make it a standout choice for anyone looking to indulge in a lavish stay. We dined at venue only. The dining staff were so welcoming, they made the whole experience. From giving us a tour, to recommending places to visit in Venice, they went above and beyond to provide the best service possible. The food lived up to our high hopes too, absolutely delicious. Definitely the best meal we experienced throughout our trip from the gorgeous venue, brilliant staff and amazing food. Thank you so much!

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon, expecting exceptional service given the high room rates. However, our room was next to the offices, and we had to use a secondary staircase to reach the reception. On our first day, we ate at the hotel restaurant, ordering pasta dishes priced at around €60 each. Shockingly, it took an hour and a half to be served, and when we complained, no one seemed to care. Throughout our stay, staff showed little interest in our plans or assisting us at all. It felt like if you receive different treatments depending on your appearance. However, this does not apply to waiters, spa workers or the boat driver which were very professional and caring with us. It was more a feeling of careless administration. We also took a one-hour boat trip, which was cut short due to rain, yet no compensation was offered. Overall, there was absolutely no value for money. Compared to other hotels in the chain, this was a major disappointment. We will definitely not return and would not recommend anyone spending their money here.
