Best hotel in town in terms of service & room! Me & my family have been choosing this hotel for the past couple years. We have tried staying in all of the room categories, and santika never fail to meet my expectation. Room has always been clean, tidy, smells nice too. Just the type we need after a long day of work. Amenities are proper. We come to pekalongan often, and seldom stay for longer stays here. At least a week per trip. Could almost say my second home, as i stay here for at least 15 times alredy in the paat year Staff never falls short of their welcomeness, warm smiles, helpful & solution finding attitude which i really appriciate. Especially Mr. Sugeng, Mr. Dwi, Mr. Pandu & Ms. Irma, Ms. Citra & Ms. Vita to name a few. I cant name them all. But for sure, all has been a pleasure to come to my acquaintance. You guys are doing an amazing job.
Good location, close to train station. Clean room, complete amenities, tasty and good food for breakfast. Last but not least warm and fast service from the customer service.
Hotel room is very comfortable, good hospitality and clean. Located in a strategic area, fully recommended for who is looking for hotel to stay in Pekalongan. Excellent service
