Amanwana

Amanwana is one of those places that quietly stays with you. The setting is stunning — crystal-clear waters, incredible snorkeling just steps from your tent, and a serene, off-grid atmosphere that’s increasingly rare. Service was outstanding: warm, intuitive, and unforced — exactly what you’d expect from Aman. We biked through nearby villages, hiked to the waterfall, and fully leaned into the slower pace of the island. The property does show its age in parts — particularly the rooms and pool — which is to be expected given it’s one of Aman’s oldest properties. That said, it’s well maintained and still carries a certain charm that’s hard to replicate. All in all, a memorable stay. It may not be the flashiest Aman, but it’s quietly one of the most soulful.

This hotel is truly magical. The location and seclusion make it a unique place. It's true that the rooms are a little bit outdated, but that is quickly forgotten because the magic happens all around and all the time. The service is truly exceptional. The entire staff is extremely attentive at all times of the day. There is a very caring atmosphere that greatly enhances the rest of both body and mind. Another incredible asset of this hotel is the abundant and accessible wildlife and flora right from the beach. I left this hotel with tears in my eyes because I felt so good during my stay.
